Will the jewelry discolour?
Gold and silver plated jewelry will discolour over time. Here are some tips to keep your jewelry beautiful for as long as possible:
- If you come into contact with chemical products, remove your jewelry
- Pay attention to perfume and other cosmetics. Make sure that perfume and hairspray are not sprayed on your jewelry
- When showering or swimming, take off the jewelry, make sure that it does not come into contact with water
- Take off your jewelry while exercising, make sure it does not come into contact with sweat
- Take off your jewelry while sleeping
- Keep your jewelry in a box or bag
- Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth
Stainless steel / stainless steel jewelry does not discolour.
What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands
Shipping for a package with track and trace costs € 3.95 and is free above € 30. For clothing, shipping costs € 4.95 and above € 70, shipping of clothing is free.
When you return items so that the final amount does not amount to the amount needed for free shipping, the free shipping does not apply. The shipping costs will then be deducted from the amount that you get back.
Shipping abroad:
Europe: Shipping for jewellery costs €4.95 and free above € 50. For clothing, shipping costs are €8 and free above € 70
Rest of the world: The Shipping costs are €10 ($12) and free above €30.If you order before 17:00, your order will be shipped the next working day. Delivery time depends on where you live.

How is your order sent?
We send your order with Post NL in a package that fits through the letterbox.
What is the delivery time?
If you order before 17:00, your order will be shipped the next working day. After that, the delivery time is 1 to 5 working days to the Netherlands and 5 - 8 working days abroad. Delivery times can deviate when there is a delay at Post NL.
Can I still order my order change or cancel?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order after it has been sent. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us via info@laurasjewellery.nl
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it at your own expense and in the original packaging. Write your order number on the shipping package.
If we receive an item that does not meet the following return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. If you still want to keep the item, we will charge shipping costs again to return the item to you.
- The order number must be stated on or within the packaging
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item. Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.

My order arrived broken
It can happen that items break during shipment. When an item is broken, we will send a discount code for the amount of that item + the shipping costs. Contact us via info@laurasjewellery.nl, send us a photo of the broken item.
My product broke after wearing it
If you contact us within 1 month after purchasing the product, we will send you a discount code for the product + the shipping costs.

When your order has been paid you will always receive a confirmation email. Is this not the case? Check your junk mail or check if you have entered the correct email address. You can always contact us about the status of your order via info@laurasjewellery.nl
